2. What KXC provides
KXC is an AI-powered learning path platform. We generate personalised curriculum recommendations — courses, YouTube videos, and podcasts — to help you upskill and advance your career. Content is AI-generated and curated; we do not guarantee specific job or career outcomes.
3. Your account
- You must be 16 or older to create an account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- One account per person — do not share accounts
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for anything other than professional learning and career development
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI features
- Submit offensive, harmful, or false information to any search or form
- Use the platform to harass others or violate any applicable laws
5. AI-generated content
Learning paths, course suggestions, and job impact analyses are generated by AI. They are provided for informational purposes only. Always verify course links and job information directly with the original provider. KXC is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
6. Third-party content
KXC links to external platforms (Coursera, Udemy, YouTube, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of those platforms.
7. Intellectual property
KXC's design, branding, and software are owned by Knowledgxchange. Your learning data belongs to you.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Disclaimer
KXC is provided "as is". We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of AI recommendations, or career outcomes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KXC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
